parent company of Crusader, announces major new features on all Crusader Captain’s Choice gasoline
inboard engines for 2007 and beyond. All Captain’s Choice engines feature Sync-N-Cruz, which dramatically
changes the way you can drive twin-engine inboard boats. Sync-N-Cruz is a computerized engine
management system that provides:
• Engine Synchronization. With a touch of a button, both crusader engines in a dual installation are
electronically synchronized to work as one.
• Single Handle Throttle Control. The throttle setting for both crusader engines can be adjusted with one
throttle handle.
• Fully Integrated Cruise Control. Set your preferred cruising speed with a touch of a button, then “bump” it
up or down in 20 RPM increments. Use the “resume” feature to return the engines to cruising speed after no-
wake or slow speed zones. The cruise control eliminates having to adjust the throttles climbing heavy seas.
Works much like an automotive cruise control system.
These features cost many thousands of dollars from third parties or other engine manufacturers. All 2007
Crusader Captain’s Choice marine engines are Sync-N-Cruz capable and these features are
available as standard equipment on many boat manufacturers’ models.
